    Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the new and redesigned webpage for Georgetown University's Student Commission for Unity. We hope this page is a resource to you.

From 2007-2012, the Student Commission for Unity was a student led collaboration that utilized research and advocacy techniques to promote policies, initiatiaves, and opportunities for dialogue that would benefit the entire undergraduate experience at Georgetown University. These efforts most tangibly resulted in The President's Diversity Initiative of 2009.

While we are proud of the many accomplishments of this initiative, such as increased diversity of the undergraduate student body, new dialogue programs, financial aid fundraising and much more, we recognize that the work is far from finished. We have created this page to act as a reference to current undergraduates, faculty and staff who are interested in promoting diversity and multiculturalism.

If we can provide any additional resources, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We love Georgetown and believe that it is a special institution - and we express that love through our dedication to its advancement and self-actualization.

Enjoy, and thank you for visiting.
